Delivery & Returns

Orders are generally dispatched within 5 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail or myHermes depending on weight and options selected at checkout. We do not normally require a signature on delivery; if you require this option please contact us.

Delivery fees include packing and your order will be packed securely to ensure its safe arrival. If your delivery is damaged on arrival you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt and provide a photograph of the damage so that we can take this up with the shipping company on your behalf. We are only able to offer any refunds for shipments where the shipping company has admitted responsibility or liability for damage caused. Please be aware that the shipping time can be up to 5 days IN ADDITION to the manufacturing time; if your order is time-sensitive (e.g. a birthday gift) please ensure that you order well in advance of the required date.

Because of the personalised nature of the products we regret that we are unable to accept returns unless your item is damaged or faulty.
